A mouth watering delicious Arabic paratha recipe


it is a very delicious dish but it might be difficult to prepare it that's why you can do many practice and after that you will do a perfect Arabic parathas


first of all we will start the ingredients:


mins 2 cups

white flour 3 cups

semolina half cup

salt to be taste

sugar 1 teaspoon

garlic ginger paste one teaspoon

red chilli half teaspoon

turmeric quarter teaspoon

one egg

milk half cup

thin chopped green coriander 3 tablespoon

green chillies three pieces thin chopped

oil for frying


now we will make it:



* if it dry mins and then add ginger garlic ,red paper, turmeric ,salt and put it in a frying pan and cook soaked water and dry it.


* after mixing white flour and semolina ,mix sugar and salt in a spoon or mix oil some oil then mix it well like a bread cream, add a little bit of milk and keep it in a hot place for 10 minutes.


* when your mince turn to cold mix all the green spices together.


* make a floor kneed again and make some big size balls.


* make a big size chapati, and pour in a prepared mince and one beaten egg.


* fold the chapatis on corners and make it square shape


* then heat the pan and oil it


* turn very carefully your chapati into the pan, then cook and colour light golden, turn and cook another side.


* now your delicious Arabic paratha is ready to eat turn it into a plate and serve with green chutney.
